What I used:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 10oz container of Philadelphia Cooking Creme - Italian Cheese & Herb
3 chicken breasts
On your stove top, combine the soup & creme and warm together on low for 5-7 minutes. Stir frequently until nicely blended.
Place chicken in the bottom of your crock and pour soup/creme over top.
Cook on low for about 4-5 hours.
Serve over pasta or rice. I used the above ^ a nice way to sneak in some veggies for Little Miss. ;)
Plus she just thinks it's fun "rainbow pasta", lol
If you sauce is too think, add a bit of milk to help thin it out.
This was a GREAT meal last night! Everyone loved it.
The chicken was so tender and tasty. The sauce was delicious with the noodles!
